The overall project of the Hanoi Children's Palace is divided into 2 zones. House A includes a complex of theater - cinema - art club, which is a gathering area for spiritual and cultural activities, including the following main items: 800-seat multi-purpose theater; Cinema 3 - 4D 200 seats; Dance and music art club.

Building B includes office - sport - study area with 3 functional blocks linked together, including: House B1 (According to the gymnasium, swimming pool), House B2 (Administrative house, astronomical tower), House B3 (School, library). Basement with an area of about 1,200 m2 including parking area, electrical engineering rooms, water ... Usable area is about 3.24 ha.

This is a work marking the use of some new materials in Vietnam. Building area B3 (school and library) is used EuroZip vertical aluminum roof system to increase the effectiveness of sound and heat insulation for the building. After completion, will continue to be fitted with reinforcement bars and Diamondzip dragon scale roof support.

Installation of EuroZip standing seam roof

Metal standing seam roofs are used a lot in constructions in European countries, but in Vietnam, they are still quite new. The EuroZip standing seam roof is combined with many layers to create a solid roof system, the surface is made of aluminum, so it has a high surface, ensuring a sustainable element for the project.

DiamondZip roof is designed from aluminum panels linked together by the hook method, ensuring watertightness and resistance to high wind loads. From a distance, the DiamondZip sheets look like dragon scales winding in the air.

The combination of these two types of metal roofs both creates sustainability for the building and ensures the aesthetics of the building.

The Hanoi Children's Palace is located right next to Pham Hung Street, so we can easily admire the beauty of these "dragon scales", especially vehicles traveling on the elevated route. This is not only a place for children's activities but also a potential attraction for a large number of tourists when coming to Hanoi.

Hanoi Children's Palace is gradually changing into new clothes to keep up with the progress of putting it into use. Hopefully with the efforts of the contractors will help the project finish successfully.
