Outer:

Aluminum alloy with vertical ribs: The thickness of the aluminum alloy layer is flexible from 0.7-1.2mm, so it can be manufactured in many different shapes such as: straight plate, fan blade, reverse curved, curved forward. Moreover, the alloy layer used is imported from abroad, painted by the method of rolling paint directly from the factory, the paint surface is smooth, the aluminum quality is guaranteed, the ability to expand freely, suitable for Vietnam climate. Long roof sheet, no horizontal joints: Aluminum coil will be brought to the construction site, through the extruder system, the aluminum layer stretches, no termites.

Heat-isolation layer:

The layer of material underneath the aluminum layer that protects against water and moisture, ice, high temperatures, and vapors. The underlayment is usually mechanically installed or self-adhesive with a non-stick coating on the roof deck. Although there are many different types of lining, the EuroZip vertical aluminum roof system uses Rockwool mineral wool - the world's safest, most soundproof and heatproof material today.

Anchor clips:

A clamp used to attach metal roof panels to the roof deck. The clip is placed on the vertical seam section of the bottom panel, then attached to the roof deck with screws. After the clip is placed on the bottom panel, the top panel is placed on top of the clip and the two panels are either joined together or mechanically machined into place, securely attached to the structure.

Moisture resistant layer:

It is a thin layer 1-2mm thick, placed in the middle of the insulation layer and the supporting floor to prevent moisture, water, dust... from below penetrating the insulating cotton layer.

Floor support layer:

Is a layer of aluminum underneath, in direct contact with the support floor, where the clips and the skeleton are fixed. This aluminum layer is also stretched along the length of the roof

Support frame system:

It is a steel structure system that supports all the upper layers. The rational arrangement of the skeleton system will make the construction much simpler.
